Floating Homes DC is the brain child of several current residents of the Wharf DC and came about to help promote the liveaboard lifestyle, answer questions that we get a lot, and to help our neighbors sell their boats when they make that difficult decision to move. This site is for anyone in the DC area wishing to sell their floating home and includes both broker and realtor sales as well as sales direct from the owner.

Frances Norwood is the President of Floating Homes DC and, in addition to being a long-time liveaboard at the Wharf, she is also CEO of a digital marketing agency, Innovation Station Marketing, LLC, where she helps small businesses gain clients by optimizing their online presence.
